Project Grow is City-As-School's gardening, horticultural therapy, environmental science, landscape design, environmental art, and entrepreneurship program.
Project Grow began in 1992. Our PG initiatives are grounded in a philosophy of collaborative participatory action, shared decision-making, and responsibility for the development of our selves and our communities. In our classes and internships, we address vital environmental concerns and gain skills as we improve both our school and our city. Through these unique opportunities while in high school we become knowledgeable, empowered, and active citizens.
